Veloxia ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal offline download toolkit for iOS.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and what choices you have
when you use the Veloxia mobile application.
By using Veloxia, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Media URLs you enter — Links added on Home or in Explore Tools are used to start downloads and manage your queue. Downloaded files are stored locally on your device in the app library.
Feedback — If you contact us by email, we receive the content you choose to send.
Information collected automatically
Device and app identifiers — Such as device model, OS version, app version, language, and anonymous installation identifiers used for analytics and crash diagnostics.
Usage and performance data — Events related to app usage (for example, download started, download completed, download failed) to improve reliability and product quality.
Advertising data — Veloxia uses IronSource (Unity LevelPlay) to show in-app ads. With your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT), identifiers such as IDFA may be used to deliver and measure personalized ads. If you deny tracking, ads may still appear using non-tracking methods permitted by Apple and our ad partners.
Push notification token — If you enable notifications, a device token may be stored to deliver completion alerts and service messages you opt into.
Local preferences — Settings such as notification preference, auto cache cleanup, and concurrent download limits are stored on your device.
We do not require you to create an account to use the core download and library features.
3. How We Use Information
Provide download queue management, background transfers, library playback, and toolkit features
Validate whether a URL appears to serve downloadable media before it is added to your queue
Send optional local or push notifications when downloads finish
Measure app performance, diagnose failures, and improve stability
Display and measure in-app advertising through IronSource (Unity LevelPlay) and its mediation partners
Respond to support requests
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
4. Advertising (IronSource / LevelPlay)
Veloxia is free to use and supported by in-app advertising. We integrate
IronSource (operated by Unity and also known as LevelPlay) as our
advertising and mediation platform to request, display, and measure ads within the app.
How advertising works
IronSource may show ads in supported formats such as banners, interstitials, or rewarded placements, depending on how the app is configured.
LevelPlay may connect to multiple ad networks and demand partners to fill ad requests. Those partners operate under their own privacy policies.
Ad impressions, clicks, completions, and related interaction events may be recorded to report performance, prevent fraud, and improve ad delivery.
Information IronSource and ad partners may collect
Device and app data — Device model, operating system version, app version, language, screen size, network connection type, and general device settings needed to serve ads.
Advertising identifiers — On iOS, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) may be used only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ads may still be shown using contextual or other non-tracking methods allowed by Apple.
IP address and coarse location — May be used to estimate general region for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.
Ad interaction data — Such as whether an ad was shown, clicked, skipped, or completed.
Your choices
App Tracking Transparency — You can allow or deny tracking when iOS prompts you, or later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Limit Ad Tracking — You can enable "Limit Ad Tracking" in iOS privacy settings to restrict use of your advertising identifier.
Personalized ads — You can manage personalized ad preferences in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
IronSource processes advertising-related data as an independent service provider.
For details on how IronSource collects, uses, and shares information, review the
IronSource Privacy Policy
and, where applicable, the privacy policies of ad networks reached through LevelPlay mediation.
5. Local Storage
Completed media, download metadata, manifests, and temporary cache files are stored on your device.
You can remove items from the in-app library or clear temporary cache from Settings.
Uninstalling the app removes app container data subject to iOS behavior.
6. Third-Party Services
Veloxia may use third-party services that process data under their own policies, including:
Google Firebase — analytics, messaging, and infrastructure (Firebase Privacy)
IronSource / LevelPlay — in-app advertising, ad mediation, and ad performance measurement (IronSource Privacy)
Apple frameworks — push notifications, background downloads, and system services governed by Apple's policies
These providers may receive device, usage, and diagnostic data necessary to operate their services.
We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who assist
in operating the app (analytics, IronSource ads, messaging, hosting), when required by law, or to protect rights,
safety, and security.
8. Your Choices
Notifications — Manage in iOS Settings → Veloxia → Notifications.
Advertising — Manage ATT, Limit Ad Tracking, and Apple Advertising preferences as described in Section 4.
Local data — Delete library items, clear temporary cache, or uninstall the app.
Support — Email us to ask questions about this policy or your data.
9. Children's Privacy
Veloxia is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided
personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service
providers operate. By using the app, you consent to such processing subject to applicable law.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect
the latest version. Continued use of Veloxia after changes means you accept the updated policy.
